Battlecast Heroes is a podcast dedicated to giving out Battlefield Heroes knowledge, tips, and tricks. BFH is a play for free cartoon shooter that is currently in a closed beta testing phase. It is created by DICE and EA, and uses the old tried and true Battlefield engine. It focuses on fun, accessibility, and casual game play to allow anyone to jump right in and start playing.
Unlike the other BF games, in BFH you really "own" your character. You choose a class, change their appearance, and customize their abilities and emotes, somewhat akin to an MMORPG. By playing, you level up your character and unlike in game money with which you can buy new items or abilities for you character.
Our hosts, Teal and Applebohn, are both dedicated fans of this game (and hopefully soon to be players, once the open beta starts), and will give you the latest news and tips about BFH, along with some rambling, comedic chatter that just has to happen when you put two people and a mike in a room.
